This British rock band came to life in the mid-’90s when four students from University College London got together and started to produce music, originally called “Pectoralz,” then “Starfish,” they finally settled on Coldplay. Since their breakthrough hit “Yellow,” they have gone on to sell more than 100 million records.
So far the band’s statistics are amazing, having won over 100 awards and receiving over 200 nominations, group that with their sold-out tours, collectively they have amassed serious net worth. The foursome released “Music of the Spheres,” in October 2021 which features a song from the K-Pop band, BTS.
