Celine Dion – Florida ($38.5 Million)
Celine Dion’s American and Canadian concerts scheduled for March-April 2022 were canceled in January 2022 due to health issues. The singer used to own this five-and-a-half-acre resort on Jupiter Island, Florida, but she sold it for $38.5 million in 2017.
Although the sum is quite exorbitant, it is far less than the initial asking price of $72.5 million in 2014. In 2008, the “My Heart Will Go On” songstress and her late husband Rene Angélil paid $7.032 million for the home. The Bahamian-style complex has 13 bedrooms and 14 baths in total.
