Chef Robert Flay paid $6.5 million for this contemporary single-story residence while trying to find a buyer for his Manhattan condo in 2019. Many people may be surprised by the high price even though it is only one story, but one of the reasons could be the location.
It overlooks the Sunset Strip and is located on Bird Streets, frequented by celebrities. Flay, who signed a new deal with Food Network in 2021, made the right decision by buying the mansion because it has state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and luxurious features like an outdoor dining area.
